Buy: non- coking coal 6300 kcal needed asap to fill order of 2.5 million mt over 18 mths
We have an order that needs to be fulfilled asap - as our other supplier has just allocated their production to another buyer. The deal was/ is for 2, 500, 000 metric tonnes to india over a 18 month period - starting oct 2005 - next month.Non- coking coal - 6300 kcal content is needed .The indian client (very large reputable conglomerate buyer) needs a cif price to the main indian ports. We found also very cheap freight company in indonesia (if the sources is from there ) that could help you shipping the coal to india also for a rate between us$11.80-12.50 mt to four of the main indian ports eh chennai, haldiya, paradip, - visakhpatnam!! So you would just need to add your fob price to this, and provide a cif total rate.
Then if your cif is workable the 3 parties commission\''s also need to be added above your cif price and payable by you to them to close the deal for you - the loi and bcl and also the contract was to be given this week. The buyer needs a cif price - as they want to make one letter of credit (lc) up to cover the total cost of the coal and freight combined - rather than splitting it up for fob and then the freight on top! They also do prefer to deal with the actual mine - end supplier of the coal - where possible and needs to be a very reliable , credible supplier, as this order is more than liley to be an on-going order for the long term!! So if you feel you can handle this order we advise you to quickly now get back to us with your offerings and fco - and we can have our ncnd & fee protection agreements/contract sent to you for starters, then with your fco - the clients will then give you their loi and bcl by this week, so the deal can get underway!!
