I have a series of new buckles I want to have made, at least 20 buckles. 15 of these are Confederate State Buckles, 13 states, 13 buckles and a couple of other related buckles. So, I just cant do a few, I have to do the whole set. Size is 3.5" x 5" oval. I sell and carry in my business about 800 buckles. There is one series of buckles that sell all the time. They are pewter but certain features of the buckles are not well made. The ones I want to make are solid brass with a recessed background as shown in the attachments. I have most of the artwork done,just a few details will need to be added. I have been quoted $100 for each mold fee. I am looking for a supplier that will work with me and divide the mold fees into the price of the buckle and pay it off as I go,like an added .50 per buckle till the mold fee is paid off. I really can't afford to pay all the mold fees up front and buy buckles too. If we can combine both fees in one, that would be great.
I would like 50 buckles of each design to start, then larger orders will follow shortly.
20 designs x 50 buckles is 1000 buckles.
