技術(shù)特點(diǎn)Features:
1.安裝可編程智能液晶電腦/PLC及觸摸屏控制，多種表達(dá)方式，實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控試驗(yàn)倉工作狀態(tài)。
2.使用涂層紅外線燈管加熱，沒有油煙污染，沒有甘油損耗，功率小，且保溫、恒溫效果好，又可節(jié)省巨額甘油及用電費(fèi)用。
3.采用變頻器控制，自動(dòng)正反轉(zhuǎn)裝置并可調(diào)節(jié)杯盤運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度，更好的配合現(xiàn)場大貨工藝的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)使杯內(nèi)的染液來回波動(dòng)，使染液上色率更均勻，適合各種原料染色，可得到~平整及均勻的樣布。
4.采用風(fēng)冷式降溫系統(tǒng)，不需外接水源，減少了水資源的浪費(fèi)。
5.可使用不同浴比、不同布種同時(shí)打樣，并可在升溫途中隨時(shí)取放染杯而不影響打樣速度及效果。
6.浴比小，~小可打1：5不色花，可與小浴比染色機(jī)相配套。
7.采用全新的測控溫技術(shù)，可確保該機(jī)長期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，燈管壽命高于普通紅外線機(jī)。
